The Crémant Room is a lounge with a refined, sleek and polished feel.  Cool colors with white accents, an art deco design focus with the latest in up-tempo and alternative music. Lemon and and fresh basil sent the air.  The light food menu would focus on selections of Spanish and French cured meats, cheese plates, olives, fresh vegetables and pasta dishes. Our focus is on South African wines with ports and liquors to finish. The finest tea and coffee sourced from around the world would cleanse the palate.
